Bean kernel: Cleaning - stone removal - magnetic separation - peeling - kernel making / kernel breaking - sieving - polishing - color sorting - Packing

1. Raw grain cleaning section:
Remove out products other than main materials. Two passes sieves, two passes destoner and one pass magnetic separation are used, and the large, small, light, stone and magnetic impurities in the grain are removed through the configured air aspiration system, so as to ensure the product quality.
2. Peeling and kernel making section:
Remove the material skin (shell) and separate it through the effective air suction system skin;
3. Finished product processing section
1) Polishing: separating the micro powder adhered on the surface of the material;
2) Classification: different screens are used to divide different materials into different grades according to different sizes.
3) Color sorting: according to the color characteristics of the materials, the color separation machine is used to separate the moldy grains, the plump grains, the different varieties of grains and other impurities with different colors.
